Is this program suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Technique Team is perfect for any athlete, regardless of current fitness level. We've helped complete beginners achieve their first pull-up and experienced athletes finally unlock muscle-ups. Our position-based system meets you where you are.

Do I need to be strong to start?

Not at all. The Table of Positions & Patterns proves that technique trumps strength. We'll show you how to master movements through proper positioning first—strength comes naturally through practice. Many of our athletes achieve RX movements without ever maxing out their lifts.

Does my current fitness level matter?

Anyone who can move can master movement patterns. We have athletes from all backgrounds—from former gymnasts to grandparents just starting their fitness journey.

I've never analyzed movement before. Is that a problem?

We teach people with ZERO movement analysis experience. This is a systematic program where you'll learn to understand and fix your own technique! Just follow our position-pattern framework, and you'll start seeing movement differently, even if you've never thought about technique before.

I only train 3 times a week, can I still join?

Our system is designed for efficient progress. You can implement our position work into your current training schedule—even 10-15 minutes of focused pattern practice daily can transform your movement.

I don't have access to a CrossFit box, is that an issue?

Yes and No...

The Table of Positions & Patterns can be practiced anywhere. While some movements require specific equipment, our fundamental position work can be done at home or any gym. Movement mastery isn't location-dependent! (As long as you have the right equipment, even a home -gym will do the job)
